Since its founding in 1887, Yosamusume has utilized the pure underground water of the Oeyama Mountain Range for its sake, resulting in a gentle, easy-to-drink profile. This six-generation brewery focuses on creating 'sake unique to this area,' incorporating specially cultivated Yamada Nishiki rice from Yosano and collaborating with local farmers to produce innovative sparkling sakes with local fruit juices. The head brewer, the sixth-generation, is passionate about making sake that matches the times, conveying the region's charm, and developing one to two new sakes annually.
