Nasu Kogen Beer Co. offers an intimate, luxury brewery experience centered on its award-winning Nine-Tailed Fox (Kyuubi no Kitsune) barley wine. Crafted for long-term cellaring, this powerful beer is released in vintage years dating back to the late 1990s. During the visit, guests are hosted by the brewery’s founder and CEO, who personally pours a selection of his beers, serves light snacks, and shares the story of his life in brewing and the legend behind the Nine-Tailed Fox. With his eccentric, professor-like charm, he brings the experience to life—making it as engaging and memorable as the beer itself.
