Rather than positioning this simply as an opportunity to eat premium Matsusaka beef, the experience can be presented as a journey into the landscape and rural culture that produce Matsusaka beef, explored through food. The natural environment of the pristine Miyagawa River basin, fresh local spring water, vegetables harvested from local farms, traditional kamado cooking and Matsusaka beef raised by local farmers all come together to tell one connected story. It is an experience of the relationship between food, landscape and the people who sustain it.
