Embark on a private tour of Sankeien Garden, a magnificent 175,000 ㎡ park opened by silk trade magnate Hara Sankei in 1906. This exclusive experience includes a curator's guide to the garden's highlights and history, followed by a special in-depth tour of the interior of Rinshunkaku, a 400-year-old important cultural property normally closed to the public. Conclude your visit with a traditional tea ceremony in the equally historic Shunso-Ro tea house (or Hakuun Residence), also an important cultural asset. The tour delves into Hara Sankei's legacy as a businessman, philanthropist, and patron of arts, who played a crucial role in Yokohama's reconstruction after the Great Kanto Earthquake.
