Visit the private workshop of Eiko Tanaka, a pioneering female woodturner (kijishi) who handles every step of the process—from shaping the raw wood to applying the lacquer. Experience her refined technique up close and discover the passion behind her creations. Sushi lunch served on artisanal wooden & lacquerware vessels. Savour an exceptional sushi lunch presented on exquisite vessels handcrafted by Eiko Tanaka.
